The Santa Fe Trail Center presents:
The October Cornhusk Dolls Workshop
     The Santa Fe Trail Center, Larned, invites the public to a Cornhusk Dolls Workshop presented by Fort Larned Park Ranger, Ellen Jones. This is the perfect time of year to make a cornhusk doll to add to your fall decorations. There many uses for cornhusks, but not with such lasting appeal as the cornhusk doll. All ages will enjoy this exciting activity. But space is limited, so call now to reserve your space! 
     The program will be held in the Trail Center’s auditorium at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 16.  Admission to this program, and all third Sunday of the month programs, is half price: Adults - $2.00, Students ages 12 to 18 - $1.50, Children ages 6 to 11 - $0.75, Fort Larned Historical Society members – Free. Reservations Required. 
     The Santa Fe Trail Center is located 2 miles west of Larned on Hwy K-156. "A Long Way to Santa Fe" Program

The Santa Fe Trail Center presents:
A Long Way to Santa Fe

     The Santa Fe Trail Center, Larned, invites the public to a program by David Clapsaddle, a well known local historian. He will introduce a traveling trunk filled with artifacts that would have been carried along the Santa Fe Trail. The program is based on a story written for students, but is sure to be a treat for all ages!

     The program will be held in the Trail Center’s auditorium at 2:00p.m. on Sunday, September 18.  Admission to this program, and all third Sunday of the month programs, is half price: Adults - $2.00, Students ages 12 to 18 - $1.50, Children ages 6 to 11 - $0.75, Fort Larned Historical Society members – Free.

     The Santa Fe Trail Center is located 2 miles west of Larned on Hwy K-156.
